kimbap making
kimbap is actually a korean food that is made up of steamed white rice and other ingredients, be it salmon, sausages, eggs, etc. it is easy to make, tasty and promises a full stomach.
ingredients:
white rice, dried seaweed, sausages, fried egg, meatloaf, cucumber (cut into long strips), and mayonaisse.
steps:
- cook white rice.
- smooth a thin layer of cooled white rice on top of the dried seaweed.
- lay down the fried sausages, eggs (cut into long strips) or anything according to your liking on top of the rice.
- put some mayonaisse on each additions of sausages, etc. it acts like a glue. don't put too much though!
roll the seaweed. press it lightly while doing so as to make it compact.
- cut roll starting from the middle. the kimbap is now done. so, have a feast!
