i do. i really do. he's always soo veery happy. i googled his picture and found zero sad spongebob. nada. so i typed, "spongebob cry" and found only ONE picture of him crying so far. pfft...
in life, to be happy isn't always that easy. there are tonnes of manuals and guides out there for a "how to be happy" and all those crap. i read them, but the effects had only lasted for a couple of weeks. days, also. hmm why is that so?
my bet is that when assignments, reports, presentations and work are piling up, they tend to disturb your logical thinking and that genius brain of yours goes into autopilot mode and transfers all the happy notes you've accumulated into the recycle bin. the worst part is, there is no such thing as "restore" in your brain. or maybe we are just to stubborn to listen to other people's worldly advice? be it from an expert ka, cikgu ka, nenek ka, kawan ka. whoeva lah.
so, i resorted to my own ways on being happy.
1. laugh (optional: at something positive)
yesterday i laughed at my lecturer. he talked so fast that i couldn't seemed to grasp what he was trying to say.

bla di bla di bla
this went on for an hour. i tried to respect him and be a good student but i can't...he talked too fast. so i grinned and laughed. i know it was rather disrecpectful but...how could one possibly talk soo fast like that??? it's just so funny to imagine that he's speaking a different language and we were just sitting there, listening to his rants.
tak berkat la weyh. conclusion, don't try this during lecture.
2. eat with your buddies.
or if you prefer, eat alone as you'll find solace in doing so. an empty mind allows more space to think logically.
3. watch how i met your mother
HIMYM never fails to make me laugh. it is rather carefree, not much of a conflict when compared to other series like 90210 and GG. i found that if i watch too many GG in a week, i'l be more prone to stress! my fav episodes would be Robin 101 and slapbet...
4. look at spongebob's picture
look. he's always soo stupid...

5. do something that you like
be it DOTA, facebooking, shopping, blogging, reading...whatever makes you happy, then do it!
6. take really stupid pictures of yourself.
scrunch your face a bit, smile like a clown, make a monkey face! trust me, you may look ugly but it works to curve a smile on that pretty handsome face of yours :)
each time before you sleep, think of 3 things that you are happy that it happened on that day. it sort of like lets you know that you are contented with the way things are. just appreciate you being you. no regrets.
